We want you to love your new Pour Moi item as much as we do. That's why, if you’re not completely happy with it we offer a full refund for the item, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.

Please make sure that briefs and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. When trying on bras, avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.

Christmas Returns

Good news! We are extending our return time for Christmas. You'll have until the 10th January to return any orders placed on or after the 25th October.

UK Customers

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your Pour Moi purchase, however if something’s not quite right you’ve got 30 days to send back your items for FREE. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:

  • All items are unworn, with all labels still attached.
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene strip and must be intact, hosiery and socks must be unopened. (Sorry folks, it’s for hygiene reasons!)

Once we've processed your return, we'll email you to confirm & provide you with a refund.

  • You will be refunded the purchase price of your item (including sale stock).
  • Gift bags, gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Please note, that our returns policy is only applicable to products bought through our website pourmoi.co.uk. Our return policies may differ in our store, please check in store before purchasing.

How do I return my item? 

As part of our sustainability commitment, Pour Moi is going paperless. Our online returns service means that you will no longer receive a despatch note or return label with your order. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ve made it even easier to return your items.  

To allow us to refund you as quickly as possible, we’ve taken returns online! Simply follow the steps below to generate your return.  

    1. To start your return, head to our return portal (you’ll need your WEBORDER number handy).
    2. Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!  
    3. Select your chosen return method.
    4. Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point! 
    5. You will be sent an email to confirm your item has been received and processed.

    International customers

    What is your international returns policy?

    How do I return my item?

    1. International Returns must be arranged through the Global-e returns portal. Please note that you will need your Order ID and email address in order to process your return. Head to Global-e return portal
    2. Self-Postage Returns – This option allows you to generate a self-postage label that can be used with any shipper of your choice. A returns slip will be emailed to you. Please include this slip in the return package. Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at [email protected] with the tracking number once shipped.
    3. Prepaid Courier Returns – A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Please note, the returns label expires within 14 days of issue if unused. Once you receive your returns label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us. Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. The fee will be shown to you in the Returns Portal. Please note you will not be charged at the point of creating your return. Once the order is refunded, the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
    4. Please note some International Returns may be subject to longer processing times.
