Skin boosting smoothie
Ingredients
Serves 2
240ml of coconut water
120ml of water
30g spinach
15g kale
1tbsp ground flaxseeds
50g strawberries *
100g pineapple chunks *
100g mango chunks *
1 large orange *
Method
Add the coconut water, water, spinach, kale and ground flaxseeds to a blender and blend on high for around one minute. Once you’re happy with the consistency add strawberries, pineapple chunks, mango chunks and orange and blend on high for a further minute. Once the fruit has been mixed, taste to test. If you like it a bit sweeter add some honey or agave for an extra sweet kick.
* You can use frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit as it still holds a good amount of nutritional value.
