- Stand with your hands by your side and your feet shoulder-width apart with your feet turned out slightly to open the hip joint.
- Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. With the arms you can either clasp the fingers or hands or take the arms in front of you and take then hands to either elbow into a square shape.
- Pause, then return to the starting position and release the arms back beside you.
- Repeat.
